Rates

The prices for a stay in a room are per person, per day. The prices for a stay in an apartment are weekly and are for two people.

Extra charges

• For extra beds in the apartment, the prices are as follows: June € 10, July € 20, August € 30, September € 10.
• Single room: extra charge of € 10.
• Aparthotel option extra charge: € 30 per day.
• Extra charge for daily cleaning in the apartment: € 20.

Free and discount prices

• Children aged 0 to 2 years stay free of charge in a room with two adults (excluding the period of 05/08-18/08).
• 4 people in the same room only pay for 3 (excluding the period of 05/08-18/08).
• Children aged 3 to 12 years 50% discount, only if in a room with two adults.
• 2 children (0-2 years) and (3-12 years) in a room with 2 adults: one child stays free of charge and there is a 50% discount for the second child.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax cost is € 2 per person, per night (for anyone over 14 years of age) for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. It is to be paid directly at the hotel.

Breakfast

A breakfast buffet is served from 8 am to midday. It is included in the B&B and Aparthotel options, while it is available with an extra charge of € 5 per person, per day, if you choose the Residential Hotel option.

Dinner

You can dine at the nearby Hotel De Londres. Ask us for further information.

Rules for Apartments and Suites

Initial and final cleaning is always included, as are bed and bathroom linens. You can request extra cleaning and replacement of products with an extra charge of € 20. Those staying in an apartment are asked to provide a security deposit of € 300 in cash.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi

Available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Car park

A free enclosed car park 400 metres away is available. Alternatively, there is a pay car park in an underground multi-storey car park 200 metres away: the daily cost is € 10 per day.

Beach

You can book the beach service directly at our affiliated beach establishments: Beach area 115 (Paolo, +39 335 6683919) and Beach area 111 (Francesca, +39 328 2832269).

Pets

Small dogs are allowed.
